Larry Giglio Craftsman
I have been hand crafting fine furniture for over 40 years. From my shop in Mesquite, Tx, my creations blend the role of artistry and utilitarianism. My latest work consists of simple yet effective pieces skillfully crafted painstakingly by hand. The wooden bowls, wine stoppers, and other every day items are all hand made, and are as decorative as they are useful. Seemingly gone are the days of Made in American, where true skill, durability, and lasting quality have been replaced by cheap items mass produced overseas for pennies an hour of labor. Not here. I make products made with quality and reputation in mind. Strikingly as simple in purpose as they are beautiful on display. Design that is elegant, yet informal, steeped in fine art, yet eminently practical, at home anywhere people live and gather. Hand finished pieces that pleases, excites and invites. My work combines innovative and contemporary design with strong, classical craftsmanship and finish that makes it durable, even in locations that are not so kind. This is furniture you display, but that you never have to place off limits. It’s not just precision-crafted. It’s crafted to endure. The inspired and beautifully hand-crafted creations include products made out of Ash, Maple, White Oak, Mesquite, and Pecan. All wood is sourced in a sustainable fashion.
